My biggest strengths are generating unique ideas on how to solve problems and how to strategically realize the solutions. Fulfillment for me comes from knowing that I helped create something that helps someone else. That could be a process or procedure change, new design, etc. Products, processes and procedures are created by people for people. The customer should be at the forefront of the development process to ensure that the end product has value.Throughout my career I have worked many aspects of engineering and product development.
