Within this role, I have been instrumental in cultivating the New Frontiers Presents (NFP) IP and refining it into a recognizable and influential brand within the web3, VR, AR, and Blockchain space.My contributions include designing and creating immersive VR experiences for both NFP and our clients, leveraging both walled garden applications and direct URL web3 3D interactive sites. These experiences range from virtual stores to educational pavilions, showcasing our clients' products or services. Visual Development ArtistDoberman Pictures Nov 2020 - Feb 2021Vancouver, British Columbia, CanadaI assisted in transitioning the company from a 2D animation pipeline to DreamWorks' 3D animated pipeline for the episodic Netflix series, 'Not Quite Narwhal.' At Doberman, I played a key role in proxy modeling primary sets and set pieces, such as props, trees, carts, houses, skyboxes, and environment features, adhering to DreamWorks' technical specifications outlined in their television Bible. Working closely with the series director, art director, and head of storyboard, I focused on maximizing set reusability. I also served as the direct liaison between DreamWorks' technical art staff and Doberman studios, facilitating knowledge transfer and ensuring the art team was proficient in all aspects of 3D production. This project involved coordinating multiple teams and working remotely during the COVID-19 pandemic. It remains one of my favorite projects to date, given its complexity and the opportunity to work with such talented individuals. -
