 Managed full life cycle recruitment process to grow the GE Chicago office from 7 employees to over 120 within 4 months. Design and develop a Workforce/Talent Planning program to include critical skills assessments, project criticality evaluation, and external candidate identification. Develop Internet and traditional sourcing strategies, including job fairs, open houses, diversity strategy and national advertising. Design, update, and maintain the GE recruiting methodology and strategy. Manage resource allocation, rapid scalable solutions, budget and structure of recruiting organization. Design and implement Service Level Agreements and Workforce Planning Initiatives with clients. Lead recruiting and on-boarding process improvement and redesign. Manage outside vendors including relationships, contracts, rates, volume discounts and strategic partnerships.
