Responsible for all Seppelt Brand winemaking & production, including quality, style direction and product development. Also work closely with viticulture and responsible for over 700 Ha of premium vineyards in four Victorian wine regions. Work alongside marketing team on promotional activities and marketing ideas. Manage small winemaking team of two.

Worked closely with Senior Winemaker on wine quality, winery management, bottling QC, scheduling work programs, vineyard assessment, staff management, recruiting. Particular areas of interest were Chardonnay and Shiraz production. Gained experience particularly in picking decisions and management.

Employed as cellar hand then assistant winemaker, worked in small team on all aspects of wine production including red/white fermentation, racking/transfers, barrel operations, blending and filtration. Also assisted with bottling and sparkling disgorging operations, managed barrel warehouse including barrel fermented Chardonnay production during vintage.
