Chiltern Hills Enduro club is a non-profit charity organisation that runs Hound & Hare style enduro events across the Midlands and Southern England to raise money for local and national charities. I am a member of the directors committee to this club and in charge of Media and advertising for the events we hold. On top of this I work with the Transponder units to track scoring for riders and manage results for the championships. The standard setup is captured on data-loggers and transferred then to the website for riders to trace their scoring. I am currently working on a live feed system that will be displayed at the race events to show riders how they are doing in real-time, as well as linking to the website, again to be displayed in real-time.

Role responsibilities included; organisation of staff, payroll and time-sheets verification, site inductions, leading teams at London based evictions under order of the high courts, Mobilizing and managing response teams at various festivals and events nationally (including Ireland and Wales) and responding to companies and individuals who require quotes for servicesDuring my time with this company I also headed up the accreditation process for gaining ACS approval, and spent a generous amount of time fetching new clients and contracts to great success.

Working for Percepta (sister company of Ford Motor Company) in charge of Ford's vehicles and dealers. My role within this company covered a variety of responsibilities including; liaising with dealers in reference to complaints and queries from customers; warranty claims, correspondence with Daventry parts depot, good will gestures to loyal customers, acts to increase loyalty and grow the brand, complaints handling, RS specialist referrals and health and safety issues that may of arisen with new and existing vehicles.
