Current● Quality Assurance and testing on Desktop Metal devices and materials.● Replicating device issues experienced by customers and testing solutions in-house.● Performing service and maintenance of Desktop Metal devices.● Analyzing log files to diagnose and resolve complex machine issues.● Exhibiting a high attention to detail when analyzing log files in order to catchtrends and abnormalities.● Creation of SOPs in addition to reviewing and updating them.● Managing many customer issues simultaneously (up to 30).
