Working at Umpqua Dairy has afforded me a wide array of knowledge. I currently administer a Server 2012 domain. I manage exchange email services, file servers,print services, backup and data recovery servers, external domain management, tier 1 through 99 tech support, pretty much if it is a computer/server I manage it here at the Dairy. I dabble in SQL server and assist with network setup and configuration changes. I specialize in the above as well as managing Microsoft Dynamics NAV and High Jump Route Administrator (handheld route accounting system). When I first started here at Umpqua Dairy I help install Route Administrator and Microsoft Dynamics Navision. I have successfully performed several upgrades of both software programs. I consider my self a subject matter expert of the High Jump Route Administrator/Route Assistant software and a subject matter expert in several modules of Dynamics NAV.
