I have over 20 years’ experience with business support/sales and customer service. I have worked in varied industries – retail, telecommunications, building and civil. I enjoy the engagement, pace and multifaceted responsibilities that sales support roles are tasked with.Currently, I am part of the business & sales support team at Australian Plastic Profiles (AussieDuct) & Pipe King, a leading Australian manufacturer of uPVC plumbing, electrical, communications/data & building products. Providing a comprehensive product range to the commercial, civil and domestic markets.My primary role is supporting our national wholesale customer network (sales, quotes & delivery). Additionally, I support the senior management team with daily & monthly reporting and marketing projects, and I am also a primary contact for sales & support for our export division, assisting with processing of orders, logistics and export documentation.Prior to Australian Plastic Profiles & Pipe King, I was part of the business & sales support team for George Fischer Piping Systems Australia (Georg Fischer), supplying specialized pipe and fittings to the industrial and utilities markets with high pressure and chemical resistant solutions.
