Deployed dozens of data protection features to the enterprise. Optimized enterprise investment value by pivoting from legacy backup solution and delivering a end-to-end, cyber resilient, software-based Data Protection as a Service offering in Ford’s North American enterprise data centers, China data centers, and plants. Implemented efficiencies yielding the Storage Data Protection function $750,000 in savings. Implemented state-of-the-art data protection solutions to plant/distributed sites going through tech refresh and enterprise data centers in Shanghai and Kunshan, China. Directed and evangelized agile methodologies to support organizational fitness by transitioning data protection from a legacy engineering/ops team to a DevOps service driven team.

Provided leadership and guidance to the broader Data Center Transformation Team for storage migrations from legacy data centers to NextGen enterprise data centers. Shaped the future direction of data movement by deploying leading-edge storage technologies to migrate and synchronize application data between the legacy data centers and NextGen data centers saving time and eliminating resource constraints. My dependability and customer focused attitude resulted in keeping the applications on schedule for their migration. Managed 7-member 24x7 on call global IT operations team supporting Ford Motor Company's QlikSense infrastructure consisting of 27 servers, 3,000+ dashboards, and 30,000+ users. Accountable for running and protecting the IT operations support for our GDI&A business partner while working with multidisciplinary skill teams to plan, build and operate the data analytics infrastructure for QlikSense. Provided thought leadership and guidance in uncovering and implementing meaningful solutions to continually improve QlikSense performance.

Supported efforts to deliver features that broadly support Enterprise Connectivity at Ford Motor Company including SYNC, Embedded Modem, and the Microsoft Azure Service Delivery Network (SDN), in addition to various other Enterprise Connectivity Services. In the Mobility Platform & Products team (MPP) we partner with teams across Product Development, IT, Big Data and Marketing and Sales to help bring world-class products to market and to identify and align IT opportunities in support of these visions and goals. Ultimately, we seek to develop and execute both short and long-term IT strategies to bring those aspirations to life. In my role, I will foster the development of strategy and vision related to Enterprise Connectivity IT solutions using multi-year technology road maps. Additionally, I collaborate with global business stakeholders to drive key initiatives within the MPP team related to the Embedded Modem strategy, including (but not limited to) strategy for the global deployment of Enterprise Connectivity IT capabilities.

Project completed 2 months ahead of schedule.- Circuit Database Audit: Standardize all network device interface descriptions and update all vendor and technical contacts for voice and data circuits in Ford's centralized Network Database. Work with multiple vendors to reconcile billing of voice and data circuits. Goal is to provide the ability to support event enrichment of circuit data onto incident tickets while automating and improving IT Service Desk handling of circuit-related incidents.- Proactive Monitoring Team Lead: Under my oversight as Proactive Monitoring team lead, Network Operations realized a 73% decrease in network device-related anomalies and an 18% reduction in data/voice circuit-related anomalies in less than 6 months. Global team comprised of members in the US, UK, Germany, and India. Responsible for assessing and resolving network anomalies (manually and/or programmatically) before they become issues that cause interruptions in service. Additional areas of responsibility include creating and supporting operational procedures (requests, incidents, change control, and SLA) to support the day to day operations of the department including implementing customer requests.
