My role as an Occupational Health and Safety Advisor draws upon a rich background in the British Army, where discipline, leadership, and risk management are paramount.With a focus on occupational health, I translate my military expertise into ensuring safe work environments, particularly evidenced during my tenure as a Health and Safety Supervisor at Damen Fire Aid and as a junior non-commissioned officer within the armed forces. I was instrumental in overseeing safety protocols in a high-risk DryDock setting and in the various environments where I operated and worked with Armoured Vehicles.
