I work within a fractional sales operations team as the technical lead primarily working with SaaS clients looking to enhance their sales process within Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and 3rd party integrations like Netsuite. Day to day includes the following: - Establish project plan based upon Business Requirements within an Agile project management philosophy.- Manage discovery sessions with key stakeholders to gather requirements. - Transcribe requirements into a technical solution design for resolution within the Salesforce platform. - Handoff solution documentation to consulting team and manage execution of design to meet project and task deadlines. - Collaborate and assist consulting team with technical approach and solutions. - Troubleshoot issues within Salesforce including Apex and declarative automation diagnosis. - Update and report to client as project is progressing.- QA finished work and test prior to turning over to client team for UAT. - Lead client UAT and get approval for releasing items to production. - Manage release of components and Go-Live efforts.

I worked in small to medium sized teams and have fulfilled various project roles on Enterprise level engagements. I mainly concentrated on technical solution development as a developer but was successful with client facing positions such as lead business analyst.

I worked alongside third party resellers to find the best solution for our customers’ needs as well as trained their teams on new product launches and selling techniques. I incorporated Apple’s core value of surprise and delight into every customer interaction, and new product launch.

I was apart of a small team of shift brewers who adhered to standard procedures and guidelines to keep on production schedule in a fast paced, 24 hour brewing cycle on a dual 50bbl brewhouse system.

I was apart of a team that was working to build a new business and a brand. As part of a new, small business I wore many hats from: assistant brewer, cellerman, delivery, taproom associate, and event marketing and promoter.

I lead a small group of 14 undergraduate students through their chemistry recitation. I worked with the professors to develop a plan on materials to review during the weekly session. We utilized the PLTL (Peer Lead Team Learning) where we lead the students to explain the answers to each other or ask enough questions where they figure it out as a group. All 14 of my students passed the course.

I worked onboard a Submarine as an Electronics Technician with a specialty in Navigation and remained Security Eligible throughout my tour of duty.
