I believe that we learn best through active participation and experience and co-founded Active Training Team (ATT) on this principle. I draw on my experience as a professional actor, applying the skills and experience I acquired in the rehearsal room to the design of our award-winning safety leadership programmes. I set a very high bar for the production values and quality of the delivery of our programmes and am immensely proud of the positive feedback we consistently receive from participants. One of my favourite parts of my job is hosting the ATT podcast. It’s an opportunity to chat with professionals across the industries we work in and explore topics from apprenticeships to mental health to PPE design. All our work is about making our workplaces physically and psychologically safe spaces to enable people to do their best work and thrive.
