Verifies materials received are as ordered via purchase orders and routes incoming items to appropriate departments/locations. Validates and confirms units of measurement. Ensures proper inventory and data entry procedures are followed and verifies current inventory. Perform daily/weekly audits of inventory and purchase orders. Send invoices to the Accounting department via GlobalSearch ECM software. Use of Enterprise Retail Software BRData, Excel, and Outlook programs in order to perform tasks.

Responsible for providing instruction for a class, creating assignments to students, preparing course materials, administering examinations, assessing student performance, tutoring students and determining course grades. Responsible for maintenance and assisting others with the exercise physiology equipment including Monark cycle ergometer bike, VO2 Max testing machine, treadmill interval procedures, etc. Perform any other related duties associated with the exercise physiology laboratory including recording inventory levels and ordering, organization of the calendar, and assistance with any research being conducted. Use of various research methods when conducting research. Use of IBM SPSS, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to use during data collection and presentation. Use Excel to manipulate spreadsheets, clean data, add functions, utilize vlookup, and use macros to analyze/automate data.
