I have taken pride in delivering homes and services that enhance the quality of life for residents and improve user satisfaction. I am enjoying applying this experience through a range of consultancy work focused on frontline services, customer influence and strategy, consumer regulation and governance. My passion lies in fostering a positive work culture, where transparency and trust are key. I prioritize building authentic relationships and creating environments where individuals can develop and contribute to high-quality services. A strategic thinker, I lead collaboratively, encouraging innovation while ensuring risks are effectively managed.I lead with integrity, embrace challenges, and drive meaningful change as a results-oriented professional. With formal training as a coach and facilitator, I leverage my extensive professional network and chartered CIH membership, along with a Master’s in Housing Studies, to mentor and develop emerging leaders. My experience includes founding CIH Futures, chairing regional safeguarding committees, and serving on the board of the Housing Employment Network North East, where we secured funding to connect tenants in the North East with employment opportunities.In my personal time, family is number one. I also enjoy connecting with nature through mountain biking, kayaking, hiking, and photography.
