I covered a variety of roles at ORS across my nearly 9 years with the company.I started as a customer service representative in their call center before I moved to their order entry department and finally wound up in their sales consultant support team.As customer service it was my job to receive calls from retail company buyers and provide them with information and pricing on products, place and check status on orders, and resolve any sort of RMA or order issues they had. In the order entry role I would receive company POs via fax and email and enter them in to the system for processing. And finally, in the sales consultant support team, I received email and phone requests from our sales team to provide all manner of information and services so that they could turn that into sales for the company.During the last couple months of my time at ORS I went part-time in order to attend Holberton and was eventually laid off when the company downsized.
