I have worked in Specialty insurance broking for 30 years and am now responsible for leading three fast-growing practices within Howden; Financial Lines Group, Sport & Entertainment and Fine Art & Specie.At the heart of each of our practices is our specialist offering to clients. Clients benefit from working with our specialist teams who have a deep understanding of their sectors and the challenges within. Our expertise, insight and can-do attitude applies to clients all over the world, from SMEs, trade and sports associations, national and global corporations and other insurance professionals.We are part of the Howden Broking Group, employing 15,000 people and handling $30bn of premium on behalf of clients.Outside of my day job I have also taken on a personal mission as part of Howden’s ‘All of us’ Diversity & Inclusion campaign. I have pledged to ensure that the support given to Howden colleagues before, during and after parental leave is the best it can be.
