Commercial/retail parts salesmen

As an Auto Repair Service Advisor, I will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, offering expert guidance and support throughout their automotive service journey. My exceptional communication and problem-solving skills will play a pivotal role in maintaining our reputation for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Going to multiple store locations for any service required. These generally consist of training, inventory/product orders, cash handling, and team leading. My duties extend out of the store daily as well such interviews, making training videos, scheduling, and social media marketing. Still being in management doesn’t stop me from performing the critical basics to running a store such as cleaning, merchandising, and customer service.

Party coordinator- would book reservation, plan parties, and run parties. This role took skills from all aspects such as sales and customer service as well as proper time and employee management to make sure our guests time with us went as smooth as possible. Then my duties as assistant manger would have me training and leading my employees to assure top quality performance even when higher management was unavailable.
