Hayman Developments Ltd started out as a building company covering both commercial and residential refurbishments and new builds. • Sourcing suppliers and negotiating rates and terms• Working with clients to advise on products and working within budgets and timescales• Producing quotations, invoicing and credit control using Sage• Responsible for managing all project costs from tender through to completion• Responsible for planning work and ensuring a contract is delivered to budget and on time• Project Management of all construction works• Arranging delivery of materials and managing a range of subcontractors• Developing strong relationships with clients and subcontractors• Maintaining strict quality control procedures• Conducting regular site safety checks and liaising with local councils • Meeting with Building Control Inspectors to make sure final completion sign off is given• Resolving any problems that could cause delays to the project´s completion• Attending meetings and liaising with the client and Architects• Monitoring the cost of site resources• Inspecting and then valuing completed work• Responsible for all site staff, subcontractors and office / showroom personnel• Checking all information relating to the work – specifications, drawings, materials, details, schedules, and ensure work is carried out according to those instructions• Ensuring all matters relating to Health, Safety and Welfare are adhered to• Site inductions and site safety for all subcontractors
