As the leader and manager of sprints for product features, QA items, and UX/UI I gained valuable strategic experience in product management that lead us to quickly develop a B2B Marketplace platform for the cannabis industry that focused on integrating with popular ERP systems, powerful administration backend, and customizable inventory management system for unique products in the cannabis space. Prior to my work as a product manager at EcoFarm, my work as a buyer at Amy's Kitchen was to oversee 70+ Commodities and manage an $8.5MM contract portfolio efforts. I worked to create ~ $1MM in annual cost saving through various supply chain improvements. Served as the point person in managing the development of Amy's Drive-Thru french fry product. Prior to being a buyer at Amy's Kitchen, I worked as an Ag Field Rep that was responsible for farm management overseeing harvest teams and prioritizing quality aspects across multiple operational units and multi-department stakeholders driving initiatives for supply chain efficiencies and quality.
