In Real Estate I worked in a number of capacities. I worked in the assemblage of successful Real Estate Opportunity Funds, Management of numerous properties (Industrial, Office, and Multi-Family Residential), Marketing and Development, Investment Sales and Acquisitions, and Leasing. I have been involved deeply in the successful re-positioning of numerous properties and profitable dispositions. Most recently I managed a 330,000' High Rise office building in Center City, Philadelphia, known as he Atlantic Building since it's inception the 1920's. I have managed an 173 unit townhome apartment community and done marketing, acquisition, improvement, re-tenanting and resale of same for significant profit. I have managed and marketed a 380,000' industrial development project with a 180,000' development on site. I worked on the Acquisition, Marketing, and Sale of 640 N Broad which was originally an Adaptive Reuse project but sold for profit prior to re-positioning. Numerous other projects have given me a deep and diverse understanding of the Real Estate industry from perspective of owner, developer, investor, operator, and occupant.In retail I spent my years in bike shops and car dealerships, in positions ranging from mechanic to manager, where I did it all. I was a top repair specialist (built and repaired for many professional athletes and amateurs) and a top salesman. Shop makeup ranged from general bike retailers to specialty shops where custom frames were built by hand. I was responsible for multiple start up businesses and brought them to success quickly. All shops opened and managed were profitable within first year of opening. I have spent three years at Audi and seven years at Porsche where I have received numerous honors and awards and sold hundreds of fine machines. As a true car-nut, I have also spent time at the racetrack working as part of a pit crew and racing, and have tuned my own machines to a high level of performance.
