Launch activities included (but not limited) to Lean Manufacturing Cell design and layout for Assembly Line and Fabrication of Pinion Gears, Sun Gears, Planetary Carrier, Valvebody, Main Case, Cover and Cover Assembly.Machine Runoff targeting to Cp/Cpk new process value for Mitsubishi Dry Hobbers and Shavers, PECo CD welders, Fanuc Robots, Enshu Machining Centers. Moore Functional Gear checkers. M&M Precision Systems, Gleason Hobbers (dry and wet), Red Ring Shavers, Samputensili, Nagel Hones, Praewema Gear Hone, Barnes Gear Hone (single and multi spindle), Gehring Hone (multi part stack, multi spindle)

Relocated entire Marine and Industrial Transmissions from Muncie, Indiana to New Bedford, Ma. Planned and coordinated all production activity. Lead project to source to new supplier base from Midwest. All machines were were runoff and released under Cp/Cpk guidelines for appropriate quality specs. Developed new engineering and test programs for Marine Transmissions for Atlantic Industrial Tug Engine and Commercial Yacht powertrain product lines.
