I have over 30 years of experience managing civilian and military projects serving as a Development Team Leader & Project Manager, Director of Development and Construction, Operations Manager and Marine. Responsible for the development of projects, negotiations with governmental agencies, project control management, contract and accounting management, property management, leasing, leadership, technical and operational skills within Sampson Construction. I have consistently exceeded performance expectations and accomplished organizational objectives.
