End-to-End Planning Management - Responsible for the planning process for both domestic and & export demand, including material management & availability, returnable containers, and finished goods across all planning horizons.• S&OP Process Management - Management of cross-functional S&OP process• Performance Monitoring and Control - Controlling the execution of long - mid- and short-term plans• Budgeting and Cost Optimization - Contribute key inputs for the annual budgeting process (MRP, production, distribution, containers capex, sales plans), ensuring continuous cost, capex, and working capital optimization.• Service Level Management - Ensuring reliable planning to deliver optimal service levels to customers• Portfolio Complexity Management• NPD Process Ownership/ Activity management• 3 year planning process- Preparation and coordination of annual planning process at country level

Reponsible for operational management of integrated supply chain (manufacturing and supply chain) during vacancy of the position

- Preparing weekly forecast of finished goods on subbrand level for short term horizon- Reviewing historical sales trends- Organizing and leading weekly meetings- Co-working with controlling, marketing and sales team to review and develop the perfect promotional plan-Keeping close contact with master data, activity management, supply planning and customer service to ensure smooth product changes- Examine novelties with a need of fast responsiveness to interact if needed- Analyzing data and forecast results, calculating KPIs, providing explanation to the management team

- Planning and maintaining the optimal stock level of finished goods with the cooperation of other departments, such as Demand planning, Customer Service, Sales and Marketing.- Sending orders to several factories all around Europe, based on the actual and most up-to-date need of our customers both short term and long term.- Securing satisfying inventory level taking into account given freshness requirements and minimum order quantities.- Responsible for reporting the KPIs such as, customer service level, out of stock and losses on a daily, weekly and monthly basis for 4 countries- Coordination of the supply chain process, including production, transportation, warehousing and deliveries to local customers and invoicing.- Maintaining strong relationship with the contact person from each manufacturing countries- Managing sourcing changes with the minimization of sales and product losses - Planning certain design changes and co-packing of products for promotions
