Supports Hörmann Mexico in daily activity in promoting sales of high performance door systems manufactured by Hörmann Flexon. Assists with maintenance and service of Home Depot account. Supports Regional Sales Manager(s) in daily activity in promoting sales of high performance doors systems manufactured by Hörmann Flexon.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Inside Sales Support – Hörmann Mexico - Invoicing in Spanish. - Elaboration of NAFTA certificates. - Technical support – Translator between customer in the field and our factory technician. - Processing of orders for complete products and parts. - Preparing sales tips on how to sell Hörmann products. - Making Powerpoint presentations. - Translation of documents and presentations. - Assist with sales trainings. - Assist with technical trainings. - Prepare sales reports and graphs. - Take phone calls. - Package and send literature. - Respond to email inquiries. - File international production maps in archives. - Conduct business communications with international dealers / end users with respect and in a timely manner via both email and phone. - In case of absence of International Sales Manager from the office, able to assist with international sales support for areas outside of Mexico. - Expected to communicate both verbally and in writing in Spanish with Latin American dealers. - Additional assistance as required to cover all needed sales support.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:- Answer and direct incoming phone calls using Cisco software.- Retrieve messages from Sales General Voicemail box twice daily.- Enter orders for all business segments (Pedestrian, Industrial, Sensorio) into existing inventory program (Macola)- Provide first point of contact for all inbound customer calls.- Taking phone-in orders- Advising standard pricing and product availability- Advising order tracking/shipping information- Responding to customer inquiries- Resolving customer service issues- Contact customer to verify order information, confirm company contact information.- Maintain customer information in existing customer database (e-synergy)- Support order entry process improvement efforts.- Department/Sales regarding production lead times- Prepares welcome board for sales visitors.- Prepare sales department mail to be sent via US Postal Service- Lock/Unlock the main front door.- All other duties as assigned by Manager

Responsible for customer support (in English and Spanish) primarily in ecommerce (B2C), transportation (from single item shipping to LTL freight), bulk sales (B2B) and was involved in some HR duties. Walking clients through orders, return orders, tracking of packages and customer complaints. Working with Sales Reps in different departments of the company if Spanish translation was required.

Tutoring of students seeking assistance in Spanish levels 1, 2 and 3. Private meetings once or twice a week for the length of the course.
