I started my career at Salesforce where I worked for nearly 10 years delivering top class Technical Support to customers all over the world by digging into cases, setting up testing environments and scenarios, and working with Stakeholders and Engineers in R&D to resolve product issues in the Sales and Service clouds. My favorite task was to find new products or areas with little expertise and become an expert which I then trained others on and created documentation for both customer viewing and internal processes.I've always been passionate about technology and am the first contact for all my friends and family for anything tech related. This led me to attend and graduate with a degree in Computer Science at Oregon State University where I focused on C++, Python and SQL.
