I am a data-driven HR professional with a B.Sc. in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Lagos. I have a passion for solving challenges related to using numbers and critical thinking to optimize people and business outcomes.As a People Analytics and Talent Acquisition Partner at Vendease, a fast-growing startup in the food-tech space, I leverage my skills in statistics, SQL, Power BI, Data Studio, and Microsoft Excel to analyze HR and people data, such as attrition, recruitment, compensation, and performance.
