New build specialist for mortgages and protection providing financial advice and arranging mortgages for customers purchasing new build properties. Used to working to time constraints and under pressure to deliver sales results whilst ensuring quality of service.

I have developed houses and flats in Redfield, St George, Knowle, Bedminster, and Barton Hill, where I personally project managed the building renovations set the budgets and negotiated the prices of contractors. The houses were selected from my research into which areas would have strong rental markets. All lettings and maintenance queries are dealt with by me where I am the first port of call for the tenants, before organising contractors to deal with repairs. Job Role:• Project managed the renovation of eight properties in the centre of Bristol• Tasks included: setting, time, cost and quality objectives for the projects • Assembled a team of contractors and, coordinated and monitored their work• Houses and flats currently rented through private lets agreed by myself• Tasks included: advertising and promotions of properties through online websites and newspapers• Searching through potential tenant matches looking for the same type of property on websites • Making appointments and showing potential tenants around the property, pointing out its best features and answering questions• Vetting potential tenants through referencing and overseeing health regulations with regards to gas and electrical safety certificates • Also responsible for drawing up tenancy contracts and collecting the rent on a monthly basis as well dealing with any issues in regards to the state of the properties

Represented clients, sold products and dealt with stock issues for several major companies in the grocery industry, including Heinz, Typhoo, SC Johnson, Masterfood and Green and Blacks in the majority of supermarkets in the South West.
