Leading a globally diverse team of 21 professionals responsible for delivering solution design, application configuration, and support activities for the ACS Strategic Business Group. This includes the management of resources extending into our Third Party partners for Deployment and Support. Responsible for enabling business transformation leveraging the Global Design Model (GDM) for SAP Manufacturing, acting as a partner with the Business to drive Honeywell Operating System Gold initiatives. Appointed MES & Connected Plant Leader in 2017 to provide the lead responsibility for technically supporting and deploying SAP Manufacturing Executions System (SAP ME). This required support of the infrastructure and connectivity set up, integration and data transformation from SAP ERP and the design and delivery of the actual ME system.

Responsible for the implementation of the Common Process and Solutions (CP/S) designed SAP "Global Template" within the Manufacturing function. Providing IT and business process expertise to support the business transformation to common business processes and operating systems enabled by SAP. Gather and understand requirements to configure and enhance the system to meet the needs of the business. Ensure end to end processes are delivered with complete knowledge transfer to the customer to enable a stable business transformation.

Responsible for planning the material supply of raw components, intercompany sub-assemblies and purchase to sell finished goods, the tactical procurement of these materials and their inbound receipt through to production cell supply. Also I managed the outbound distribution process for finished goods supply to end customers. A key deliverable of the role was continuous improvements in key business metrics: Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cash, Productivity and People Development. During this period, I had the additional responsibility to support the implementation of the Global SAP program into Gent By Honeywell. This was in the functional areas of: Manufacturing, Logistics, Sourcing and Quality.
