I am the Fund Administrator and Assistant Fund Manager for West Bay Capital, LLC. West Bay is a private money lender that originates and acquires commercial real estate loans and commercial mortgage-backed securities throughout the United States. Our focus is the Western U.S., primarily California. Our knowledge, expertise and diverse experience in commercial real estate provide us with the necessary skill set to underwrite loans and evaluate collateral effectively and efficiently. We are structured internally to make quick decisions which allows us to be responsive to all parties of a commercial real estate finance transaction.

I was a claims representative for Travelers. In my time i was in charge of- Working daily with Agents and Brokers on coverage benefits and policy limits- Negotiating building estimates and contracts with contractors and insured’s- Working with Underwriting in determining proper coverage for Commercial lines properties- Managing claims in Commercial lines, Personal Lines, and Agribusiness - Acting as liaison and trainer for new hires - Acting as a peer interviewer for potential new hires- Creating and implementing customer service ideals and values

As the Vice President of Finance I- Acted as CFO for Student Government- Created and maintain a budget of over $700,000- Chaired the Student Reserve Board- Negotiated deals with Administration in the allocation of $124,000 of students funds- Was the student chair of Endowment Committee, Finance Committee, Audit Committee- Brokered deals with financial consultants to procure a return on University investments- Presented financial plans and reports to the University’s Board of Trustee’s regarding fiscal spending
