Although every day at COS is different, some of the key responsibilties include:• Securing excellent direct customer experience, by establishing extensive knowledge around trends, products and styling across the Store Team• Contribute to the Store- and Floor Managers' sales strategy, to increase performance and maximize profit based on the business needs• Communicate with the Area Visual and provides visual feedback to the area team on a regular basis• Train colleagues to understand the COS collection and spread the story of key products and inspiration background• Oversee the planning and realizing of the store experience, placing the collection according to the vm guidelines• Implement all visual merchandising activities including window displays, mannequin styling and garment presentation according to the business needs• Analyze weekly sales figures and service results, taking appropriate actions to maximize sales performance• Act as a customer service role model

My key responsibilities include window dressing, mannequin styling, implementing VM guidelines, analysing sales, supporting store operations, customer service and training. I am also involved in planning and ensuring the store achieves its key selling targets.

In addition to the duties listed below, I also have more admin and operational duties as a senior manager. Instore HR Specialist. In this role I am responsible for all interviewing, hiring and processing of floor staff. This includes but is not limited to; preparing HR files on all floor staff (between 20 and 30 team members depending of time of year), inducting new staff, ensuring all transitional documents are submitted to the company in the allotted time frame, performing appraisals and disciplinary meetings. In the absence of the Store Manager I am responsible for the sign off of payroll for all team members.I submit weekly spreadsheets and trade reports, detailing sales, KPIs and in-store budgets, and any additional information that is requested.As part of my role I generate and analyse daily and weekly store reports and implement any changes I deem necessary based on the information.As manager on duty, I am responsible for cash reconciliation and balancing EOD finances.Producing staff schedules on a daily and hourly basis.

Responsibilities included: People and Managing the Environment: Motivate, develop and lead a store team, whilst managing all aspects of performance development within the department team (e.g. appraisals, training etc.) and upholding Company standards and act as a positive role model to others. Oversee all levels of customer service by setting daily goals and expectations to create a positive store environment. Exhibit excellent floor presence by training and coaching the store team on customer service, standards, product placement and time management. Operations: Perform all store­ level operational procedures accurately and in a timely fashion, in accordance with all Company policies and procedures. Achieve the store stock loss goals by overseeing adherence to loss prevention practices. Assist in upholding Company Health & Safety regulations at all times in order to protect employees and customers against accidents and incidents. Merchandising and Commercial Awareness: Manage all aspects my department, whilst understanding and interpreting current fashion trends and take an active role in ensuring floor sets for the department are well organised and scheduled appropriately. Maximise department sales through analytical and creative management of merchandise, using Company reports and market trends.
