Current1. Tower 121 – 3rd, 4th & 24th Office Fitout2. Nabati Farm Office – Mukaynis- Leading Client Project Management team and managing the overall delivery of both Projects in line with agreed Client requirements. Informing all stakeholders through monthly reporting and presentations.- Post Contract Management of ‘Design & Build’ Main Contractor, Supervision Consultant, Architect of Record and all subcontractors. - Coordination of local authority (UDC, DC-1 / DC-2, Municipal and QCDD) submissions and approvals.- Managing design approvals in line with Client requirements and completing Handover procedures.
