• Subcontract to the Idaho National Laboratory• vCenter 6.0 upgraded to 6.5, ESXi 6.5. Support of 220+ Virtual Machines and the applications on them. 26 hosts & 6 mass storage devices • Configuration management support with Ansible, a Linux product. • In charge of becoming an expert in the many different shipboard communications systems on 13 ships across 3 different US naval platforms (ie. LHD, LPD and LSD) for continuity between the rotation of Marine Expeditionary Units that deploy aboard the ships.• In charge of creating and presenting reports to high level officials on current system outages and the course of action to resolve the issue. • Worked with NASA operating and radio frequency video feed system in support of the 2014 EFT-1 capsule recovery.• Worked with Marine Corps Systems Command implementing and testing the first ever completely virtual, integrated Navy – Marine Corps shipboard network environment.
