I previously founded and oversaw the Cannabis & Hemp Law Group at a national firm which focused on the cannabis industry and its increasing presence both domestically and internationally. I have over 15 years of experience and focus on risk analysis and trial advocacy - including pre-trial preparation and investigation, discovery proceedings, motion practice, settlement negotiations, memorandums of law, and presentation of witness testimony.I am admitted to both the state bars of New York and New Jersey as well as the Southern, Eastern, Northern and Western Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey on the federal level.
