I achieved an SLA of less than 24 hours 96.3% of the time. In the last two years, I created 23 how-to videos and webinars using Adobe Premiere and Reflector, that reduced support volume by 36%. I began my career at Pocketnow as a feature and editorial writer, producing between 3 - 6 pieces per week. I developed a number of features and weekly columns including the popular Weekend Debate.
