• Built the spares program from the ground up at Tesla Gigafactory NY.• Laid out the warehouse and loaded all OEM provided spares into Tesla inventory system. • Worked with engineering to create a list of spare needed to support manufacturing and optimize up time.• Worked with Tesla internal software team to convert Tesla direct MRP system into a min/max MRP system for spares. Thus allowing Gigafactory NY to be the first Tesla plant with a fully internal developed spare part MRP system. • Using data from MySql and SQL combined with the power of Power BI, and statistical method I was able to create an analytical approach to calculate min/max and flagging spares that are being consumed at above normal usage rate. • Maintain and created equipment BOMs in Tesla PLM software for the production floor at Gigafactory NY.• Order all spares needed to support production and expedite when needed. • Develop numerous Power BI reports. For example showing usage of spare by production line and cost by produced item. With the ability to filter the spare part usage to tool level on each production line and see the finical affect of the repair of the tool to the cost of the production. • Manage the receiver, storage room clerks, planner, and engineering technician for Spare parts at Tesla Gigafactory NY. • Been part of the team that launched 6 new lines at Gigafactory NY.

-Deploy over a 1 million cases of finished desserts every month to 7 different distribution centers (DCs) across America and Canada from 3 different source plants. - Review sales to forecast ratio at DCs, and when necessary redeploy products to the different DC’s to support the sales. -Set weekly production quantities and variety of products for one plant all while trying to balance the current demands, seasonality nature of the industries, and the shelf life restraints. - Provide a monthly prediction of space requirements at the 7 different DCs to support sales over the next 24 months. -Manage the freezer spaces at the 3 different manufacturing plants to prevent line shut downs due to lack of space. -Schedule all outbound trucks from manufacturing plants to DCs.

Review inventory levels, lead times, and usage history to optimize min and max order points along with Kanban’s quantity. - Manage warranty and repair team. -Responsible for over 20,000 different spare parts. -Successfully reduced total spare parts on hand by almost 3 million dollars and hiting 2016 budget.- Responsible for ordering Blue Print spare parts, pulling and transmitting of Blue Prints, and communication of Blue Print issues between job shops and Engineers for resolution. -Work with GM Tonawanda/Local branch of the UAW in houses Tool Room to optimize their schedule and to make Blue Print spare part. -Work with engineering team to solve usage spikes of spare parts. -Run various reports in SAP and provide analysis of these reports. Prepare weekly reports; stock outs, empty Kanbans, open purchase order, and open purchase request.
