I became a ScrumMaster shortly after my company implemented Scrum-Agile Framework in my department. After taking multiple course and shadowing my ScrumMaster at the time, I became a ScrumMaster on 1 of the 3 Scrum teams currently operating in our department. I recently became CSM certified on February 13, 2015. My Scrum team was the first to be rolled out in our department and have had a lot of success and my team has received a lot of praise as we have released enhancements to the products we service. We are consisting evolving in a positive direction and I am looking forward to what the future hold for my team and my company.

In the end of 2013, my company made the decision to change our project methodology from the Waterfall framework to Scrum-Agile Framework. I was chosen out of a list of peers to join our first Scrum team as a part of the development team. I gathered requirements, analyzed requirements and assisted our developers with any issues they ran in to while working on our PBI's during our sprints.
