I am a systems specialist and have been working the last couple of years in a second/third line support capacity. Throughout this time I have completed such tasks as: internal process review and streamlining, system version upgrades, end to end testing, system troubleshooting, data analytics and implementation and integration of new systems just to name a few.More recently I have taken on a project based role assessing and, if necessary, replacing existing systems to upgrade business functionality and customer accessibility.
