I am an active and engaged community member that is cultivating a career out of making a difference for those around me. I am currently the Development Associate at Chaddock Children's Foundation where I get to engage​ individuals in sharing their time, talent and treasure to support the programs and services of the Chaddock family of organizations. Most recently I was Vice President for Advancement and Alumni Relations at Culver-Stockton College. Through ongoing, progressive leadership experience in both nonprofit and higher education development I helped build enduring relationships with donors, alumni, parents, corporations, and foundations that led to increased engagement and giving. During my time at C-SC I was dedicated to improving fundraising through cultivating relationships and addressing changes in higher education through data analytics.My former position as the Development and Communications Director for United Way of Adams County, IL allowed me to bring my skills in relationship building, public speaking, and graphic design together. I cultivated individual donor gifts of $50,000+, corporate gifts of over $300,000, and ran successful annual campaigns totaling over $1.45M. Those gifts impacted the people of Adams County in countless ways and allowed us to grow better together. My previous nonprofit work at The Salvation Army as well as my for-profit experience in graphic design and branding showcase my ability to help people visualize goals and move them to action. I am knowledgeable in consumer relationship management and how to increase digital engagement.
