As the Special Credit Finance Manager I traveled to all 8 McGrath Auto locations in Eastern Iowa. In my role I was submitting customer credit applications, analyzing credit reports and structuring payment arrangements for customers with sub prime credit that couldn't obtain conventional loans. By doing this I doubled the gross and units for each of the 8 locations. As the Special Credit Finance Manger I built and maintained long term relationships with lenders to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs.

As a Business Manger it was my responsibility to provide customers with vehicle financing, insurance and service contracts. In this role I was backed up the Business Director and analyzed credit applications and sent applications to lenders for approval. While in this role I continued to build and maintain customer relationships by providing a high level of customer service. I also continued to maintain relationships with lenders to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs. I set monthly goals and expectations for individual and team performance.

While in my role as a Special Credit Finance Manager I managed 5 team members, provided mentor-ship, and set monthly goals and expectations. As a team we consistently met and exceeded sales goals while setting record breaking months. While in this role I was responsible for submitting customer credit applications and analyzing credit reports, structuring payment arrangements for customers with sub prime credit that couldn't obtain conventional loans. I handled customer complaints, concerns and dealt with them in a professional manner. As a leader in the organization I organized and conducted leadership training for sales staff.

As a Special Credit Sales Consultant it was my responsibility to sell new and pre-owned vehicles. I established relationships with customers by being knowledgeable of automobile characteristics, capabilities and features. I gathered information from customers about their wants and needs in order to complete the sales process and ensure customer satisfaction.
