• Recruited the best agents available to distribute our product portfolio in the Southeast.
• Worked with the individual sales associates to ensure a high level of product competence. Participated in a 3-state sales blitz where we introduced the product to 63 surgeons in a two-week period.
• Responsible for developing relationships with Key Opinion Leader’s and Centers of Excellence in the Southeastern region to introduce an innovative, market changing product.
• Held numerous sales meetings with associates and surgeons to maintain product knowledge and focus.
• Managed the VAC and RFP process for the distributors to ensure continuity, focus and drive to a quicker approval.

• Area Vice President – Southeast/South Central
• Manage 11 distributors/agents in the Southeast/South Central territory where I cultivated relationships with new distributors and changed out unproductive distributors which resulted in gains in focus on the product.
• Trained new distributors and reps on products and product positioning. Attend sales calls with reps and cover cases when necessary.
• Responsible to work with distributors on pricing strategies which has resulted in highest asp for the company.
• Zimmer-Biomet picked up Nextremity Solutions product portfolio for worldwide distribution.

• Manage 6 distributors in the Mid Atlantic and Southeastern Region.
• Developed relationships with our independent distributor network, key surgeons and hospital administration to promote, manage and sell the Zimmer Trauma and Biologic product line.
• Defined trauma sales strategy and business plan for the entire region.
• Directed strategy meetings to achieve top priorities crucial to hitting sales objectives
