Gained the trust and respect of senior level leaders, and executed threat assessments of regional facilities, liaising with Federal and local Law Enforcement Agencies, and personally invited to sit on the review committee for the Canadian Standards Association relating to Oil & Gas sector.

Appointed as Emergency Operations Centre Programme Manager and drove a complex $Multi-million CAD programme to deliver a new purpose-built Emergency Operations Centre across 28 business divisions, and a state-of-the-art Media facility for CEMA, directed a team of six Project Managers. Appointed a Project Management Facilitator and oversaw the end-to-end lifecycle delivery of multiple projects involving infrastructure, IT datacentre moves and Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery.Project-managed a $Multi-million CAD (separately funded) GIS-driven project, while simultaneously delivering the new tailored-made Emergency Operations Centre to support major incidents.

Canada

Following completion of 20-year military career, moved into civilian organisation to lead the set-up of a new operations centre to manage military training exercises involving tactical simulation equipment (CUBIC), worked closely with British and Canadian armed forces and delivered action reviews.
