My primary responsibilities include:Data analytics and visualization (Tableau, Visio),Auditing and tracking performance of the field employees (both under me and under the other supervisors), Technical support/assistance, both hardware (laptops, iPhones) and software (documentation software, Apps),Maintaining the field offices in Auburn and Dothan (OSHA/NFPA, security systems, internet/phone connections)Maintaining contracts and connections with outside agencies such as janitorial services, alarm companies, pest control, city /county inspectors,Ensuring safety and business compliance,HIPAA officer,Running the food bank (~7,000lbs given out every year).
