Concept and art direct abercrombie kids seasonal campaign photoshoots.LEAD DESIGN: Working directly with the SVP Creative Director and Sr. Art Director, responsible for lead design direction for overall campaign creative, Out-of-Home Advertising, shopping bags, gift boxes, in-store marketing, home office materials and support for all social media channels. Provide supportive and collaborative concept designs for web and email creative.PROCESS CREATION & MANAGEMENT: Work cross-functionally with Brand Management, Traffic, Production, Design and Visual Merchandising to ensure all aspects of every ongoing project are completed to the highest standard.

PRODUCT DESIGN: Working and collaborating directly with the owner, Carol Perkins. Design, direct and see through to production the creation of all products and packaging.ART DIRECTION: Mentor and manage team of lower-level employees through the design process. Work with outside free-lancers & agencies to meet deadlines and manage workflow.PROCESS CREATION & MANAGEMENT: Establishing the processes & procedures for newly created art department to ensure quality products are created from concept through to production. Re-organizing and establishing the way production-ready files are created, handled & archived.

WINDOW DESIGN: Responsible for monthly window displays from concept through design and production. Work very closely with the production team to ensure quality and standards are met.HIGH-IMPACT IN-STORE DISPLAYS: Create elevated displays to highlight key merchandise. Streamlined navigation and free standing 3-dimensional designs are created and produced to draw attention to volume-driving items.HIGH-LEVEL COMPANY PROJECTS: Called upon to create special projects that will be either internal or customer facing. Examples include special board room presentations and one-store only events like fashion’s night out in NYC.

PRESENT ALL CREATIVE DIRECTLY TO CEO, MIKE JEFFRIESPHOTO EDITING FOR HOLLISTER CO. & GILLY HICKS: Responsible for selecting and presenting photos for each season. Explore, create and develop new photographic treatments. Work intimately with in-house production team as well as professional retouchers to see each season through from concept to production. Present barricades for new stores, seasonal shopping bags and photo layouts for chain stores as well as flagship locations. On sight factory approval of color and quality. Work with production team to oversee installation of photos and lighting for HCo. Flagship locations in NYC.SEASONAL MARKETING CAMPAIGNS & P.R. VISUAL SUPPORT: Work with entire brand marketing team to concept seasonal marketing campaign ideas as well as visual look for the season. Provide designs for specific P.R. campaign promotions (new store opening handouts, bus graphics, car wrap graphics as well as other promotional materials).FINE FRAGRANCE & PERSONAL CARE PACKAGING DESIGN: Lead designer for concepting and designing fine fragrance, personal care and cosmetic packaging for Abercrombie & Fitch, abercrombie, Hollister Co. & Gilly Hicks. Travel internationally and domestically to oversee package, print and product production. Work closely with cross-functional and third-party partners in merchandising, product development, engineering, sourcing and visual display. Provide art direction and manage two lower level associates.
