Key Account Manager
Current- Primary point of contact between Airgas and Customers.
- Resolve all customer questions and concerns by delegating to appropriate supporting departments within Airgas.
- Manage the progress of all open issues and projects to ensure timely resolution and completion.
- Compile and submit various reports as requested by customers and internal management.
- Act proactively and compile specific reporting to identify trends and communicate those trends to customers to assist in the success of their helium programs.
- Function on a strategic level with corporate contacts for account success.
