Acting as part of a central team which controls access to licence restricted systems to maximise the benefit across the whole of RIS/HMRC Manage systems access requests across RIS/HMRC through the use of SRS and CDIO team to agreed quality standard. I Provide Technical Support/Guidance to users/super-users on the use of particular systems/processes to agreed standards. I identify appropriate solutions in accordance with agreed standards, and effectively communicate them to the impacted teams/users. Control and maintain user lists for applications managed by carrying out monthly reviews. I am responsible for producing monthly audit reports & collating Application usage information on a monthly basis as appropriate. Challenging non usage. Liaison with Suppliers, Contract Manager and other Super users and provide support to the RIS Data Guardian team.

In my role with HMRC I was responsible for building web and mobile products for personal tax accounts to serve a variety of customer needs. Implementing APIs for internal and external use. Building up a useful, robust automated test suite to support a Continuous Deployment environment. Being involved in the wider web development community, identifying good practices we can adopt and sharing our experiences. Sharing knowledge of tools and techniques with the wider team, offering training and support to both developers and non-developers.
