I earned my PhD in Pathology from the University of Turku, Finland, and have since held various prestigious positions, including Dean of the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Benghazi and General Director of the Biotechnology Research Center in Tripoli.I specialize in experimental pathology and have contributed extensively to the development of medical education and research in Libya. I led critical initiatives during the COVID-19 pandemic, overseeing PCR testing efforts and ensuring the quality and accuracy of testing across the country.
