At Canon, I worked as KAM since spring 2006 and more recently in a department that calls itself the Corporate & International Accounts. The department takes care of and develop Canon's largest national and international customers and prospects. My work went out to find solutions to our clients and future clients to improve and streamline their existing documents and information.We did this through a strategic customer visit and by communicating our message from the customer's operations, goals and needs. Canon's goal is to be the most innovative and preferred partner to work with. Therefore, the relationship and the close contact with the customer is vital and was a long-term part of my work. You can´t take Relationships and trust for granted, but this is something you deserve through by listening and be helpful in many situations.I've done well on my time at Canon. First, with the help of my strong commitment together with my customers and good results, but also by becoming the salesman of the year in 2008.

Before I started at Canon, I was part of Jacobson & Lind Ltd's sales force. There I worked as a field sales with Stockholm district north. My job was to make cold calls at first, to build my own client database.Conduct customer visit and demonstrate office products and write-ordering in place.This was an exciting, educational and fun start to my future career..
