Adam graduated from Nottingham University with a First Class BSc (Hons) in 2008, and attained a PG Dip in Manual Therapy and MACP accreditation in 2019. Prior to studying physiotherapy Adam also attained a BSc in Sport & Exercise Science, and an MSc in Sport & Exercise Physiology. He has completed numerous professional qualifications, including level 3 advanced life support, manipulation techniques, acupuncture and dry needling.Adam’s physiotherapy career has seen him work within the NHS, private practice and alongside various sporting institutes, including British Triathlon, England RFU, Scotland RFU and the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow. This has given Adam experience of working with a wide range of patients, from office workers to elite athletes.Over the last 7-years Adam has begun to increase his specialism in young athletes, working with junior British triathletes, England U16 rugby and Royal Ballet scholars. Currently he is the lead physiotherapist at Wellington College, carrying out clinics, medical support, injury prevention screening and first team rugby cover.With the extensive knowledge Adam has acquired over the past 10-years, he now regularly presents at various medical seminars, teaching GP’s, nurses and therapists on the management of sporting injuries.Adam has a particular interest in knees, shoulders, and sports injuries in all patient groups. He Prides himself on delivering evidence based treatment, and using effective manual therapy alongside patient-specific rehabilitation to ensure fast and lasting injury relief.. Currently work as:Lead physio and Director Modus Physiotherapy & Modus Education.Lead physio at Wellington College, Berkshire, involving: injury auditing, concussion management, injury prevention strategies, match day medical cover, education. Interests:I have a keen interest in sports injuries, especially in young athletes. I have extensive experience within triathlon, cycling and rugby injuries.
