Specialist Paint Group is a dynamic solution provider to the food processing, combustion, petrochemical, oil, gas, marine, rail and civil engineering industries. We work with industry leading partners to identify, analyse, develop and install insulation and specific coating systems designed to add value to our customers infrastructure. We are an independent training provider for the institute of corrosion, and deliver the ICATS mandatory training scheme alongside the institutes paint spraying, abrasive blast cleaning and intumescent coating modules at our head office and ICATS center of excellence in Peterborough. We perform steel surface preparation, anti-corrosive, thermally insulating and protective coating application on-site and off-site at our Peterborough based painting facility. Energy and sustainability has become a growth area for our business where we look to develop advanced insulated and anti corrosive coating systems for specific applications. We work closely with our partners EnerTherm, thermal innovative systems who specialise in consultancy, analysis, innovation and design. SPG holds both Link UP and UVDB verification and are ISO 9001 and 14001 compliant. We believe that by working closely with our suppliers including Sherwin Williams, International Paints, PPG, Resimac, Rust-Oleum and Steelpaint we have the capabilities to address and resolve our clients assets management issues, no matter how complicated they are. The continuing development, education and training of our company is my main objective with being recognised as a specialist contractor at the top of our agenda.
