Responsible for the maintenance and operation of M&E System of the building,Substation and perform frequent inspection and checking of the system is in good working condition at all times.Ensure the operation equipment such as electrical, air-conditioning, fire protection system and other engineering equipment are operating smoothly and efficiently.Monitor the daily, weekly and monthly,yearly checklists/ reports as required.Provide technical knowledge and skill in maintaining HV switch gears panels; HV/LV power transformers; LV main switchboard standby generators in good running condition. Propose or feedback any suggestions to Senior Chargeman and Project engineer on matters pertaining to the operation enhancement of the Department.To attend breakdown in all 10 substation in UMS including Main intake.To attend operation/maintenance for preventive as required.Test run ,service,maintenance,troubleshoot 10 generator set as required.To record Amp usage reading in each building daily by following the reading in HV panel VCB.To do maintenance and service for air circuit breaker ACB in Mainswitchboard MSB.
